After the first stage is finished, we can produce 1.4 hundred million yuan of products every year and 15 million yuan of tax. This plan has been approved by Yunnan province(Approved No.:[2001]60).

240,000 T/A charred coal: According to the China environmental protection policy, this plan will invest 31 million yuan. we can produce 60 million yuan of products every year and 8.6 million yuan of profit. This plan has been approved by Yunnan province.

110,000 T/A ammonium nitrate: Our output of synthetic ammonium will be increased to 6,000 T/A from 4,000 T/A, the ourput of nitric acid is 9,000 T/A. The ammonium nitrate is 11.36,000 T/A. The spare ammonia can be used in production of ammonium carbonate, the output is 3.79 T/A. The total investment is 18, 979 million yuan. When this item is finished, we can produce 14.3583 million yuan of products every year and 9.79 million yuan of tax. It has been approved by national chemical bureau ([1997]226).
