Yunnan Luliang Longhai Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in November of 2001, and was transformed into a private enterprise in June of 2002. It has 1053 employees, and total assets of RMB 620 million. It has A Quality Testing Qualification, Class-B Measurement Certificate and A+ Bank Credit. In 2005, it was registered to ISO9000 International Quality System. Every year, it can produce 80,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 20,000 tons of ammonia liquid, 160,000 tons of carbon ammonium, 240,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 160,000 tons of common carbon, 100,000 tons of composite fertilizer, 5,000 tons of sodium humate, 25,000,000 woven bags, and 110,000 tons of ammonium phosphate. The product have occupied the major domestic market. They are well accepted in Henan and Shandong.

For 5 years, the company has realized great-leap-forward development, and become one of the top 30 key enterprises in Qujing. And it "Ranked the 1842nd place for sales income among scalized private enterprises in 2003" authorized by State Commercial and Industrial Association.
